S. Mark Tyler Announces His Retirement
OEM Fabricators, Inc. headquartered in Woodville, WI announced to its Team Members last week that long time President and founder, S. Mark Tyler, is retiring. Kelly Ingli, the company’s Chief Financial Officer has been appointed President. In making the announcement to the company, Mark thanked OEM’s Team Members for their dedication and commitment to the company and to each other. He explained further, that the company’s Leadership Team is well positioned to continue the success and excellence that OEM has become known for.
Mark plans to continue to be active serving in various roles in education, early childhood, and workforce development. He will also continue to represent OEM as what he describes as an “ambassador role” with Wisconsin’s Technical Colleges, Universities, Government Agencies, and Nonprofits. Regarding his retirement, Mark commented: “I’ve been blessed to have been surrounded by incredibly talented people throughout my career. The time has come for them to take the reins, and for me to focus on some of my other passions, like promoting early childhood education, supporting families, and workforce development.” Mark will continue as OEM’s Chairman.
Kelly Ingli has been with OEM since 2007 and has served in a variety of roles and most recently as Chief Financial Officer. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Winona State, and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Kelly said: “OEM’s Leadership Team and Team Members have created a special environment where people thrive and collaboratively deliver excellence to our customers. I’m humbled and energized by the opportunities that our future holds.”
OEM Fabricators, Inc., was founded in 1986 and serves a wide variety of original equipment manufacturers with contract manufacturing and support services. OEM operates from three Wisconsin facilities in Woodville, Neillsville, and Phillips. OEM has been Wisconsin’s Manufacturer of the Year multiple times and is a Gold Certified Family Friendly Workplace.
