OEM Fabricators Honored With German American Business Award
On October 16th, Woodville, Wisconsin-based OEM Fabricators received a German American Business Award, presented by the Germain American Chambers of Commerce.
OEM was recognized under the category, Excellence in Services. It was presented by the state’s lead economic development organization, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC).
OEM is a leading contract manufacturer that specializes in supporting German companies in the U.S. To the benefit of those customers, OEM secured European certifications, aligned its processes to those of Europe, and completed cultural and language training. As a result, OEM operates as a superior contract manufacturer in the localization process for German companies starting production in America.

-KINEXON Inc. (Chicago, Illinois) is the recipient of the Excellence in Innovation Award for its cutting-edge software and hardware solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT).
-Mercedes-Benz USA (Atlanta, Georgia) is the recipient of the inaugural National Community Engagement Award for 2020. After the luxury automaker’s relocation to Atlanta, the company was committed to becoming an integral part of the community.
-The Right Place, Inc. (Grand Rapids, Michigan) is the recipient of the Excellence in Economic Development Award. Due to its strong advanced manufacturing industry, German business has been successful in Michigan for decades. The Greater Grand Rapids region developed its own world-class reputation on factors such as economic potential, attracting millennials, and quality of life. The Right Place has lived up to its tagline of “Advancing the West Michigan Economy” by growing German investment to the area.
