Requirements

A High School Diploma or Equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years on the job experience in a related field, or a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree and one (1) year experience.  Candidate for this intermediate position must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal in addition to strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain limited relationship with customer
• Monitor overall progress of project
• Monitor on time delivery
• Monitor customer quality
• Maintain customer specifications and requirements
• Process engineering change notices
• Provide technical support along with estimated weld and machine times to customer service teams.
• Perform additional responsibilities with in your customer service team to continually improve on time delivery, quality and profit margins for your customer base.
